After some time of usage, mixer grinder seems to have lost their edge and sharpness. It is an indication that the blades are not as sharp as they used to be. 1. Step 1: pull the mixer from the base
First thing first unplug the mixer grinder and remove the jar from the base. Make sure the device is completely free of any electric current.
2. Step 2: wash the jar
Now to get rid of any food particles or any other thing that may be present in the jar, you must first wash the jar.

3. Step 3: Remove the blade

Now, to sharpen the blade, use one of the edges to sharpen the edge so that you maintain or shape the angle at which the blade has already been sharpened. Guide the blade away from your body to avoid accidents or injury. As soon as one edge is sufficiently sharpened, switch to the other one.
6. Step 6: reassemble the blender
